Order Fulfillment

Free ground shipping (5-10 business days) is currently provided to customers in the US and Canada.

The shipping times quoted on our website begin once your order is picked up by the shipper, not from the date you place your order (see Order Fulfillment above). Shipping times are in "business days" not "calendar days." Delivery times are based on average delivery times and cannot be guaranteed. We cannot provide discounts or refunds on shipments that are late for reasons beyond our control.

Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations

Our goal is to ensure that you are satisfied with our products. We encourage you to review the detailed product information and videos that are provided for your convenience, prior to making your purchase.

When you receive your package, we ask that you examine it closely prior to opening the product packaging. To qualify for a refund, exchange, or credit, you must contact us no later than 10 days after you receive the product. For Online Subscriptions, you must contact us no later than 3 days after you receive your Subscription Key.

Products shipped in error on our part, or determined by us to be defective before you received them will be replaced or fully refunded (including shipping costs).

Due to copyright laws, software in opened packages may only be exchanged for the same item. Software Keys provided to unlock CD-ROM or downloaded software are not eligible for exchange, refund, or credit.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except as noted above.

If a return is necessary, contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Do not return products without first receiving an RMA number. All returned products (both defective and non-defective) must be returned in their original purchase condition, with the original packing material, documents, and any other item or accessory. IMPORTANT: If a returned order has items missing, the order may be refused, or the value of the missing materials may be deducted from the total credit amount. The same payment method used for the purchase will be credited with the refund. The credit will be made within 15 business days of us receiving and verifying the returned merchandise.
